Inspired by the values of integrity and humility, I believe that true worth is demonstrated through courtesy, moral character, and ethical conduct—principles I hold dear as an alumnus of New College, Oxford. The motto, "Manners Makyth Man," or in Latin, "mores hominem faciunt," attributed to William of Wykeham, reminds us that our true character is defined not by our birth, wealth, or status, but by how we treat others, regardless of gender or background.
Warm regards, James DeCarli
